We’re looking for an experienced IT Systems & Network Support Specialist to manage and maintain our computer systems and network infrastructure. You'll play a key role in installing, securing, and troubleshooting IT systems, ensuring business continuity and system security.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and support computer systems (servers, workstations, laptops) and network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Develop and maintain disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity plans.
Ensure system security, monitor vulnerabilities, and perform regular updates.
Assist with IP-based phone systems and grid control network infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, network infrastructure, and cloud services.
Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and cloud-based services.
Experience with server configuration, security management, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical teams.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Extensive experience in IT systems and network support.
Equivalent experience and training will be considered.

Compensation: $97,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
