Accounts Payable Specialist

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in full-cycle AP accounting, a knack for system updates and SOX procedures, and a readiness to grow within a public company setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficient processing of vendor invoices
Rigorous adherence to internal controls
Execution of diverse payment operations
Vendor relationship management
Compliance with AP records and SOX mandates

Qualifications:

5+ years in AP experience
Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
Strong command of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel

Preferred:

Bachelor's/Associate Degree
Understanding of GAAP
Experience in a cGMP regulated environment

Compensation: $56,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
