Pikemann is looking for a Senior  Property Accountant. Our client is a property management company that works with government and non-profit partners to improve the quality of life for our communities that is based in downtown Seattle (Pioneer Square).

As a Property Accountant, you will be responsible for: 
  • Overseeing the accounts payable process and ensuring timely and accurate payments and reporting in accordance with GAAP and the organization's policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining the organization's accounting system and uploading bank activity, credit card activity and accounts payable information.
  • Reconciling all bank accounts, including checking, security deposits, and mortgage escrow accounts.
  • Processing intercompany reconciliations of expenses and payments between the organization and its affiliated entities.
  • Supporting the Controller by providing accurate accounting information and assisting with ad hoc reporting requests.

To be successful in this role, you should have: 
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills – ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and track deliverables in a dynamic environment.
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
