Pikemann is looking for a Senior Property Accountant. Our client is a property management company that works with government and non-profit partners to improve the quality of life for our communities that is based in downtown Seattle (Pioneer Square).

As a Property Accountant, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing the accounts payable process and ensuring timely and accurate payments and reporting in accordance with GAAP and the organization's policies and procedures.
Maintaining the organization's accounting system and uploading bank activity, credit card activity and accounts payable information.
Reconciling all bank accounts, including checking, security deposits, and mortgage escrow accounts.
Processing intercompany reconciliations of expenses and payments between the organization and its affiliated entities.
Supporting the Controller by providing accurate accounting information and assisting with ad hoc reporting requests.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills – ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and track deliverables in a dynamic environment.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
