Inspector

As an Inspector 4, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our aerospace components meet the highest standards of quality and conformity to engineering specifications.

Responsibilities:

Conduct meticulous inspections on various aerospace components to verify adherence to engineering drawings and specifications.
Utilize manual inspection equipment and techniques to compare products against defined requirements.
Document and process acceptance or rejection of products, including necessary documentation in the MRP system.
Perform various testing methods, including Rockwell and Eddy Current testing, to ensure product acceptance.
Collaborate with various departments to resolve quality-related issues and maintain adherence to safety guidelines.

Attention to detail in recognizing and identifying deviations from requirements.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on accuracy in reporting inspection results.

Awareness and compliance with company policies and guidelines to maintain an ethical and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

Preferably, a minimum of 10 years of hands-on inspection experience in a regulated industry.
Three to five years of recent hands-on inspection experience in the aerospace industry.
Proficiency in engineering drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or college courses in relevant fields are a plus.

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
