Accounting & Finance Manager
Full Time • Fully Remote - US
We are seeking an Accounting & Finance Manager with GAAP accounting experience and audit experience. Currently hiring a full-time, 100% remote, 6-month contractor who has the ability to test/rollout changes to Oracle Forecasting module, create a training guide and train users.

Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts payable, expense report processing, and the filing of local tax returns.
- Prepare bank reconciliations monthly and review credit card reconciliations monthly.
- Prepare payroll and associated 401K contributions for corporate.
- Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, provide expertise and answer questions, and participate in formal and informal meetings as needed.
- Review client audits, verify and facilitate corrections as needed and maintain A/R and billing
- Prepare a monthly actual vs budget financial reporting package for capital and expense, including variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
- Minimum of five (5) years accounting experience including month-end close.
- Ability to test/rollout changes to Oracle Forecasting module, create training guide, train users (desired)
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
