Lead Operations Engineer
Full Time • Hybrid - US
Pikemann is looking for a Lead Operations Engineer who can manage and maintain the technical aspects of a multiplayer online game.
As a Lead Operations Engineer, you will:
- Collaborate with the Live QA team to detect, assess, and prioritize technical problems that affect the live game
- Supervise and coordinate the engineering team to solve live issues
- Work with the build deployment team to ensure timely and smooth releases
To be a successful candidate, you should have:
- Unreal Engine 4 programming skills
- Solid knowledge of C/C++
- Availability to be on-call to lead the troubleshooting of live-issues
- At least 3 years of game development experience
- Experience in multiplayer game development and operation
- Technical or engineering management experience
