The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of our products and systems to our customers. The Project Manager works closely with the Sales Department to anticipate demand and coordinate vendor deliveries, ordering and inventory, production and integration, and product shipment, installation, and training.

This role will be responsible for the performance of the project, including managing budgets and schedules, ensuring deliverables, meeting contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Oversight of all project functions including but not limited to kickoff meetings, requirements gathering, design reviews, integration support, solution documentation, after-action reviews, and training. Reports to Director of Product Management.

Responsibilities
  • Leads, facilitate, organize, and tracks day-to-day operations necessary to ensure the project is completed on schedule, successfully, and in accordance with organizational goals, departmental policies, established procedures, and/or the contract's standard terms and conditions.
  • Maintains project scope and identifies tasks that are outside of scope based on the project statement of work (SoW)
  • Holds an internal program Kick Off Meeting (KOM) with the performing team to determine project tasks, timetable, and priority. Prepares for and attends program milestone meetings such as Kickoff, Midterm, and Final briefings, as well as other relevant meetings.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in a comparable field. A plus is project management for complex component assembly.
  • 2+ years of experience delivering customer-facing initiatives is required.
  • Pay attention to detail and be able to make reasonable, timely conclusions.
  • Self-learning abilities, problem-solving, strong critical thinking skills, and taking initiative in a fast-paced/quickly changing setting are required.
  • Knowledge of Project Lifecycle and Project Management techniques such as critical path analysis, resource loading and leveling, Gantt/Pert charting, RACI, Agile & Kanban, schedule and cost performance indicators, risk identification and management, and work package management is preferred.
  • Up to 15% travel may be required
