We're searching for a Senior Mission Designer to develop and implement tasks for a historically-based story campaign with an emphasis on the player's emotional connection and meticulous accuracy. Mission Designers have a unique role on our team since they must have both artistic vision and the technical know-how to make that vision a reality.
Responsibilities:
- Establish the general narrative and pacing of each mission in collaboration with the creative director.
- Carefully prepare for and record missions.
- Configure encounters and objectives, write mission events, and gather all necessary resources.
- Assess missions and refine them in response to playtest comments.
Qualifications:
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- 5+ years of expertise in mission design
- Familiar with Unreal Engine 4

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
